Hiya, my recent obsession for kigurumi has led me to want this mouse kigu really really badly ~ but on that website it is sold out! T__T It is also sold out on Rakuten and several other sites (like ebay) have come up with no match despite trying different key words. I am really heart broken because of this! D: I would greatly appreciate it if any of you could do a quick search for me ~ I'm sure there are sites I may have missed due to my newbie-ness. Any help would be lovely! ^-^

In the mean time, I've purchased a Christmas reindeer kigu for some upcoming holiday parties ~ I'll be sure to sport some pics when it arrives! =3

Notification System

**EDIT Wed Dec 9 00:28:16 UTC 2009 **

The notification system has been fixed in the new release... we are currently processing the queue, which is upwards of 12m jobs... please bear with us while our workers chew through this large queue and get your notification / emails out. Some may come more quickly than others due to weights on the notifications themselves, but we are hoping in the next 24 hours to have all the queues cleared and all notifications delivered that had been queued up over the past few days.

Again I apologize for this inconvenience, but we are almost out of the woods as soon as we are done clear cutting some of the forest ;)

Thanks,

** END EDIT**

Hey Guys,

Unfortunately with our last release, and its instability, we were forced to roll back releases. Unfortunately in doing so, it would seem that our notification system has been broken somehow. Our engineers are working on this issue as quickly as possible. We hope to have a patch within the next day, so we can deploy our code and fix the notification system at the same time. Please *bear* with us ;)

Currently all notifications are being queued up so they can be processed as soon as the fix is pushed and verified to be working correctly.

Thank you,

I plan to make another post later, but while this is on my mind.

Guys, I think if I want anything this christmas is it a new set of Scott Pilgrim novels. The dog kind of tore mine up (minus 5... and 4 is MIA). So if anyone would like to help me out with that this winter, that would be really nice, since it is so depressing that my babies got ruined like this. ;3; srsly.

Hey Everyone, we are about to run the last alter job that we need to on our database servers. This will effect userpics / scrapbook / vgift images for the next few hours. Have no fear, your images aren't lost, there is just a really intensive process running on the servers which store the information for mogilefs. Thank you for your understanding and all the LJ love...

Hey LJers,

I just wanted to let you all know that we are going to be performing some mogilefs maintenance over the next few days. We will be upgrading our current version to latest stable as well as changing some db config information to better handle the amount of files we are currently hosting. This shouldn't cause a big impact on site stability, but you may see some minor delays with userpic / scrapbook images appearing or other requests associated with our mogilefs. We would love to not have that happen, but unfortunately with some of the steps we need to take we have to cause a delay with images. I figured this was a better solution than taking down all of LiveJournal because well lets face it, we all need our daily LJ fix ;)

Thanks,

Hey so I am looking for cute hair clips.
I remember a while ago I found this website that had tons of those plastic clips in different variations that you could buy in quantities of 12, etc.
I think it was a uk website and I can't remember what it was called and I can't find it.
Do any of you know what website I'm talking about?
If not, do you know any other websites with cute hair clips?

How did you find out about kigurumi pajama?:
I made a cosplay that was very kigurumi-ish without knowing what they were. When someone asked if I was wearing a kigurumi, I found out what they were and came to love the style!

How many kigurumi pajama do you own, and what?:
One, a Sandslash. :3

What's your favorite thing about them?:
They are cute and so soft!

Here is a kigurumi type outfit I made recently of the Pokemon Sandslash. :D It's not a traditional kigu because it doesn't have as much of a dropped crotch and it uses a zipper instead of buttons.

I've been commissioned to make an Empoleon and Lucario kigurumi over winter break, so I'll be posting those when they are done! <3

Cyber Monday and Holiday sales!!!

We've cut prices for the holidays!!! And on top of that, from now until midnight on Monday, you'll receive an extra 25% off of everything originally priced from $20 to $60. If you've had your eye on anything, this is the time to get it! Its also a great time to pick up some presents ^_~ We'll be retiring the majority of our stock at the end of January to make room for our new '10-'11 collections, so this is quite possibly your last chance to get most of what's listed.

For the holidays, a free gift will come with all orders that add the "Free gift" product found in the special offers section.

In other news, we should be adding 2 more conventions to our list in the next few days, so definitely add us on facebook for updates on that ^-^

What would you line the hood with? I plan on making my kigu from a cotton/poliester blend. Should I use the same material to line it with, a different pattern though? I was thinking of using fleece for this part, as you want the hood's inside nice and fuzzy! Does anyone have any opinions?

relieved

current mood: relieved

Well apparently it was on the news, and I hadn't wanted to tell my parents. But we were held up at the store today at gunpoint. Justin and I are pretty convinced that the gun wasn't loaded, BUT YA NEVER KNOW, I GUESS. I said nothing and stood still while Justin got money out of the register. (he only made off with about 250) and that was about it. Police came, took reports and blah blah. It was a little scary but I didn't freak or anything. so YAY.

Also yay not dying!

See you guys on friday or saturday. Phew~ I need a drank.
